the long snapper snatches the ball. As such, the most crucial part of the game
is to snatch the ball correctly and quickly. As a long snapper, your main role

improves core strength, balance and flexibility. Imbalances are eliminated in
this phase.
Phase 2
– This is a continuation of phase one where you must engage in various
workouts. Each of these workouts consist of a strength movement which is
followed by a stabilization drill. These exercises are challenging enough to
increase your muscular endurance and strength.
Phase 3 –
This is the phase where you build the necessary muscle by performing various
routines.
Phase 4 –
In this phase, you develop muscular strength so that you can outmuscle and beat
the opponents by engaging in a full body routine.
Phase 5 –
This is the final phase where you learn to transfer strength into the power and
explosiveness required out on the field.
